UNIT SPIN
Sweat to the beat in our dynamic spin class! Join us for a heart-pumping workout set to energizing music. All fitness levels welcome. Let's ride!

UNIT STRENGTH
Unit Strength is a full all over body barbell complex class that incorporates compound lifts, olympic movements and a fun/tough 45 minute workout. All to build strength and technique. Open to all abilities.

UNIT CIRCUITS
Circuit workout that requires pushing yourself to YOUR limit! Our awesome trainers will be there to support and keep you motivated throughout the session making it both challenging but fun!

CIRCUITS FOR ALL
Circuit workout that will test your strength, balance and coordination while using functional movements that occur in everyday life. There are no complex movements in this class. Our awesome trainers Alison and James will be there to guide you through it and keep you motivated!

UNIT WOD
Workout of the day (WOD). This is a CrossFit based fitness class, which incorporates functional movements. Two instructors lead this class which is not for the faint-hearted.

Welcome to LIFT, where we're about to take your strength training to the next level! Led by our experienced coach James, this intensive class is designed to help you build muscle, increase strength and unleash your inner powerhouse through heavy lifting.

JUNIOR BOOTCAMP
Weekly class for ages 13-15 years, aimed to improve fitness levels and gain experience in the gym, with and without equipment. Block booking required, runs in line with school terms.

High-energy workout combines heart-pumping cardio exercises with dynamic strength training to help you build endurance, torch fat, and sculpt lean muscle.

A fun weekly class for ages 10-12 years. Kids learn basic moves and form when exercising, along with an introduction to gym equipment in a safe space. Block booking required, runs in line with school terms.

Rev up your cardio and sculpt your core with our Spin & Core Crunch class! This dynamic workout combines the exhilarating experience of indoor cycling with targeted abdominal exercises to give you a total body burn like never before. You'll sweat, pedal, and crunch your way to a stronger, leaner physique.

Embark on a journey to unlock your body's full range of motion and enhance your flexibility with our Flex & Flow class! Led by our experienced instructor Agata, this class combines elements of mobility training, dynamic stretching, and yoga-inspired flows to help you move with grace, ease, and fluidity.

Our Kids Classes...
Junior Bootcamp!
Our Kids classes are a great opportunity to build skill level, confidence and general strength for your little one. It is the ideal stepping stone for moving onto the gym floor once they've turned 16 years old. But, most importantly... it's a lot of fun!
The classes run during the local school term time, for one evening each week.
