A GYM

Our ethos from the start has been to create something truly unique, an independent family-run gym with a warm, all-inclusive environment and atmosphere. Our diverse approach to fitness sets us apart from other gym and fitness facilities in the Aberdeenshire area. We look at the big picture and combine the best aspects of all types of fitness facilities to embody this approach and redefine what a state-of-the-art Gym can be.

Since showing up can be the hardest part, we strive to make sure that everything else is taken care of. 

A FAMILY RUN GYM

As a family, we oversee the running of the gym on every level, from the fitness classes we run to the coffee we serve clients and customers in Cafe Bella. We are dedicated to the success of each of our clients, and nothing gives us more satisfaction than seeing you fit, healthy and happy!  We are always in the gym, so please feel free to say hello when you see us.

BEN KILNER

With 20 years of experience training, Ben has been trained by the Scottish Institute of Sport and has spent most of his life as a competitive athlete. 

​

After switching roles to coaching, he has now taken an interest in helping others achieve their fitness goals, whether competing at Olympic level or just generally improving fitness.

​

Ben has taken a great interest in CrossFit and competes all over the country, which he believes helps to develop his coaching methods and programming.

RAMI ABAZED

Rami has over 12 years of experience working in the fitness industry. He relocated to the UK following several years in Dubai training clients in some of the world's most exclusive hotels. 

 

Ramis' personal interest for many years has been serious bodybuilding and weightlifting. Alongside this, he supports his own PT clients to achieve their fitness goals with spectacular body transformations and strength training.

STEVE KILNER

Steve is an extremely experienced fitness professional, who is a qualified PT and Level 1 CrossFit Trainer.

 

In addition to this, Steve is also a Boxercise Instructor who has a lifetime of involvement in combat sports. He specialises in helping middle-aged men and women meet their true strength and fitness potential.
